  • Free shipping on regular orders over 1000.00USD. Might not be applied for wholesale orders.
  • Free CITES permit application and procedure assistance.
  • Free polishing at any of our physical locations.

Shipping and handling

  • If shipping and handling fees applied, we will obtain shipping fee from our courier FEDEX, DHL or any of your preferred method.
  • Time estimate will be provided through forms of Airway Bill.

Repair and maintenance

  • Repair: Damaged items could be either send to our office via shipping or by visiting one of our physical stores. Our technicians will assess the repair, time completion and if any extra costs occur will be communicate via email or applicable communication channels.
  • Maintenance: We offer free polishing service at any of our physical locations or via shipping.

Return and exchange

  • Items in return or exchange condition must be unused in their original condition. Anything we reasonably believe that the purchased item has been used, that is, the items purchased were worn, damaged, soiled will be voided from return or exchange.
  • Personalized items cannot be returned or exchange.
